Cupcake Flavours

I've been asked to put together a "price list" of what cupcake flavours I can do. Well as this is not a business yet, I cant exactly do a "price list" however what I can do, is put together a list of cupcake flavours I can do. Basically I can do just about anything requested, however I understand that what comes naturally to me and my imagination of flavour combinations, is not the same for others.  So here it goes:-

Vanilla

  • Vanilla with your choice of frosting flavour (options at bottom of page)
  • Marble cupcake with vanilla frosting
  • Chewy Caramel with Vanilla frosting
  • Vanilla Funfetti
  • Rainbow 
  • Chocolate Chip
  • Apple Pie cupcake (Spiced Apple cupcake with Vanilla frosting)

Chocolate 

  • Chocolate cupcakes with your choice of frosting flavour
  • White chocolate mud cupcakes with white chocolate frosting
  • Dark chocolate with chocolate ganache frosting
  • Chocolate & Vanilla Marble dusted with icing sugar or your choice of frosting flavour
  • Devils food with chocolate ganache frosting
  • Choc-caramel swril with salted caramel frosting  
  • Double Chocolate Chip
  • Chocolate cupcake with Chocolate marshmallow

Miscellaneous

  • Sticky Date & Walnut
  • Carrot cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting
  • Red Velvet with Cream Cheese frosting 
  • Cookies & Cream with Cream Cheese frosting
  • Mint Cookies & Cream with Mint frosting
  • "Jam donut" - vanilla cake with jam centre finished with cinnamon frosting
  • Irish Trifecta (see blog)
  • "Coconut Ice"  - coconut cake with coconut ice frosting
  • "Strawberries & Cream" - Strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream

Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, Cotton Candy, Marshmallow, Pineapple, Peppermint, Cookies & Cream, Butterscotch, Coffee, Tutti-frutti, Lemon, Maple Bourbon, Baileys Irish Cream

Fall

  • Spiced Apple & Pecan fudge cupcakes

Christmas

  • Candy Cane Cupcakes
  • Christmas Pudding Cupcakes


I can also make cupcakes specifically to suit dietary requirements, and have done dairy free, gluten free and egg free so far.  Just let me know and I can see what I can do.

    I'm tossing around the idea of something like a pina colada cupcake. Some combination of coconut and pineapple. Perhaps pineapple cake (slightly coconut rum soaked) with a crushed pineapple/coconut whipped cream frosting.

      Michael that is a brilliant Idea! I'm going to put together an "adults only" style list - as one of my favorite cakes is not on my list yet - the Tiramisu cupcake. This one I do a plain vanilla cake, then brush the tops with an espresso & kahlua mix, finished with a Baileys Cream cheese frosting. So what Im thinking is I could certainly do something along those lines for the Pina Colada. This is going to be my next experimental cupcake - I'll blog it once I have it tweaked :)
